Jili988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• A chargeback or payment dispute is filed against a validly processed transaction
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory direction
• A player's conduct is deemed harmful to other players, jili988 staff, or the integrity of the platform

In cases of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, jili988 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the breach involves fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, jili988 reserves the right to forfeit the balance entirely. In cases where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jili988's liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Jili988 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the jili988 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately due to legal or regulatory reasons.
